Conversational orchestration

State your goals clearly and let it do the rest.

You describe what you want to achieve in the dialog box, and AI generates a plan: which digital employees to use, which tasks are divided into, What to do at each step. The plan is laid out for you to see, and you confirm it before executing it. You don’t just say it and it starts running immediately.

What it delivers

  • Readable task planWhich tasks are divided into and who does each task? The distribution can be changed.
  • Tasks and subtasksThe execution status and log of each subtask can be checked in strips.
  • To be confirmed listYou have to spend money and wait for you to stop the outward movement.
  • One-click reuse of templatesSave the run-through plan as a template or task script
Why it exists

You've probably run into these

If you want to do something, you have to coordinate between seven or eight functional pages.

A conversational entrance is a unified starting point. You describe the goal, and AI organizes the accounts, environment, content, and schedule involved into a task chain, so you don't have to remember what to fill in in each module.

The new operator doesn't understand the system, and it would take several days just to teach him how to create tasks.

You can create a task by clearly explaining what you want. The AI-generated plan is a Chinese-readable list of steps. Newcomers can read the plan first before taking action, which is faster than fumbling with a blank form.

The same job needs to be reconfigured every week. If one parameter is misconfigured, the whole batch will be wasted.

Save the successful plan as a one-click template or task script, and use it directly next time when you change the account group. The parameters follow the template and do not rely on human memory.

After running the task, I only see one ”success”. I don't know which number and step caused the problem.

Subtasks are hung under the task, and each subtask has its own execution log. Which account failed at which step and what was the reason for the failure can be found one by one.

Capabilities

What it can do

For the arrangement to be established, three things must be met at the same time: the spoken words can come in, the removed things can be modified, and the run can be checked.

Conversational entry

Use everyday language to describe goals in dialog boxes, without having to learn the system's fields and terminology first. You can go back to the historical conversations and continue chatting.

Let AI generate solutions

Break the goal into tasks: which number of employees to use, how many steps, and the goals and scope of each step. The scheme is editable, not a black box.

AI automatically created

After the plan is confirmed, the tasks, subtasks, and schedules are created at once. There is no need to go back to each function page to fill them in manually one by one.

Orchestration

The sequential dependencies and parallel relationships between tasks are adjustable. If the previous step does not meet the standard, the next step will not start.

Task templates and scripts

Frequently run arrangements are saved as task templates; task scripts with dialogue steps are saved. Save it as a one-click template and reuse it in new groups.

Distribution and Prioritization

Tasks are distributed to specific accounts, environments or devices for execution. Priority determines who runs first when resources are tight.

Scheduled and recurring

It can be executed only once, or it can be executed repeatedly according to time or cycle schedule. The period and time window are configured as needed.

Operations overview

You can see the progress, success and failure distribution, and items waiting for your confirmation of all tasks in one place, without having to click on each task one by one.

How it works

From one sentence to the task running

There are two parts in the middle where you must nod: the plan itself, and the first time it is sent to the outside world. It is intentional not to automate these two steps.

01
describe your goals

In the conversational entrance, clearly state what you want to do, which platforms and regions it is intended for, and the time requirements. If something is unclear, the AI will ask.

Automatic
02
Confirm AI-generated plan

The plan outlines which digital workers will be used, which tasks will be divided into, their respective scopes and schedules. You can change steps, change account groups, and delete unnecessary links.

Needs you
03
Automatically create tasks and subtasks

Create tasks according to the confirmed plan, distribute them to corresponding accounts and environments, and set priorities and schedules.

Automatic
04
Confirm the steps of sending and spending money

The first group sending, batch private messages, and actions involving paid resources will stop here waiting for you. Similar actions that have been confirmed can be released according to the template.

Needs you
05
Execute, leave traces, and rerun on demand

Subtasks are executed one by one and logs are written. If you fail, you can rerun it individually without having to repeat the entire mission. The successful plan is saved as a template.

Automatic

This step of plan confirmation cannot be omitted. The dismantling of AI is based on your few words. It understands that it is not aware of the deviation - the deviation should be seen by you before the task is built, not after a batch of accounts have been sent out. The same is true for external sending: once the content is sent, the cost of withdrawing it is far greater than one more confirmation.

Prerequisites

Specifications and prerequisites

Orchestration itself is a software capability, and the accounts, environments, and content it schedules need to be prepared separately. Write it down clearly to avoid planning based on wrong cost expectations.

Platform accounts
Need your own. The platform does not provide accounts or register for you. Tasks will only be distributed to accounts that have been connected and bound to the environment.
executable vector
Cloud browser environment or cloud phone. The choreographed actions will eventually be executed in a specific environment, and tasks without a carrier will not start.
The goal must be clearly stated
Platform, region, approximate size and time requirements. Without these, the AI will ask questions instead of making assumptions for you.
Model capabilitiesSized to you
Solution generation relies on large models. Specific optional models and quotas, the consultant will confirm according to your plan.
Persona and knowledge baseOptional
It is not necessary when you are only doing publishing or collection tasks. When it comes to dialogue tasks, it is recommended to prepare it first, so that the words generated by the AI can be based on.
Task templatesOptional
If there is no ready-made template, just start from the conversation. After running through several rounds, save the stable arrangement as a template for reuse.

FAQ

FAQ

How complex targets can AI understand?

There are boundaries. Once the platform, action type and approximate scale involved in the goal can be told, it can be broken down into an executable task chain. If the goal itself is not clearly thought out, for example, if you just say ”increase sales,” it will ask about the missing conditions instead of guessing a plan and handing it to you. This is a deliberate design: the guessed plan looks complete, but when you run, you realize that you are going in the wrong direction, and the cost is much greater than asking a few more questions. For complex orchestration, it is recommended to run small batch verification first and then scale up.

Can the plan be changed, or can we just accept it in its entirety?

Can be changed. The generated plan is an editable step list. You can change the parameters of a certain step, change the execution account group, delete unnecessary links, and insert your own steps. The task will not be created until the changes are completed and confirmed.

Which actions will stop and wait for my confirmation?

Sending externally (first batch sending, batch private messages), consuming paid resources, changing account binding or permissions. Similar actions that have been confirmed can be released according to the template to avoid being blocked every time. The specific ones to block can be adjusted according to your team's habits.

Do I have to rerun the entire mission if I fail?

No need. The subtasks under the task each have status and logs, and you can only rerun the failed ones. The reasons for failure are written in the log, such as login status failure, content being rejected, and the environment not being started. Processing by reason is faster.

Can it be executed repeatedly at regular intervals?

Yes. It supports only one execution, and also supports repeated execution according to time or cycle schedule. Period, time window and priority are configurable on demand. When resources are tight, they are queued according to priority and will not crowd out each other.

If I don’t want to use dialogue, can I just create the task manually?

Yes. Conversational entry is a shortcut, not the only path. Tasks, templates, and schedules can be manually created and modified in their respective function pages. The two methods produce the same set of task objects.

Try it first with a real target

The consultant will take a specific goal in your hand and go through the arrangement to see if the resulting task chain is what you want.
